- there will be no more than 6 tenants on the unit at any time

- only the master bedroom comes with an attached bathroom ( can accommodate 2 pax , if the total pax of 6 for the entire unit is not exceeded)

- Wi-fi provided

- Weekly cleaning of general communal area is provided

- Utilities provided

- All rooms will be furnished with Bed , study table , study chair , wardrobe , aircon and ceiling fan with light
