"I have been working with Din for two years now where Din was my real estate agent for renting out my property. I have been working with many real estate agents in the past including those from ERA and Din has proved to be one of most responsible, committed, efficient and capable agent. Some of the most impressive attributes and qualities include: 1. Din has been very thorough and thorough in her work. For example, when drafting the contract, she would remember my previous requests and customize the contract based on my my requests and make sure my benefits are considered. 2. Due to the unexpected pre-mature termination of the tenant agreement by the previous tenants, Din had to go beyond her normal roles and responsibitlies and she has gone extra miles to support me, including the handover with previous and new tenants, occasionally maitain the properties condition, explore ways she could increase rent such as visiting ikea for sofa 3. I appreciate Din's effort and the effort from legal department of ERA to support in drafting the witness statement on the pre-mature termination of the contract. This ensure that when the contract is terminated due to the fault of the tenant, the landlord has maximized chance of recovering losses. I understand this involved additional effort for both Din and the legal department of ERA. I am grateful for Din's effort to prepare the statement and coordinating with other teams within ERA. 4. Din has always been communicating on a timely manner and work independently. She would act indepdently in the background and update me when there is worth noting updates."
