We worked with this agent as tenants when searching for a condo two years ago. At first, she was responsive and helpful. However, during the final three months of our lease, her communication declined significantly. At one point, the landlord’s agent began contacting me directly due to delays in her responses when trying to schedule a house tour.

She rarely replied to our messages in a timely manner and was completely absent during the handover of the unit. We had to manage all the repairs requested by the landlord's agent ourselves, without any guidance or clarification on whether those requests were reasonable. Despite reaching out with questions, we received no response from her.

In the end, it felt as though we didn't have an agent at all. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this agent.
