Glad we went with Wesley as our agent. From the start, he wasn’t pushy at all more like guiding us through the whole process step by step. What stood out was how clearly he explained everything, from pricing to timeline to what buyers are actually looking for. Made things a lot less stressful for us.

I am grateful to have Wesley as my agent. Unlike other agents who try to push and sell their ideas to me, Wesley listens, wastes no time and delivers the result beyond my expectation. We worked with Wesley to sell our 5-room HDB in Tiong Bahru and the whole process was much smoother than we expected.
One thing that really stood out was how he used social media to market our place. It wasn’t just the usual listing, he created content that actually reached a lot more people and brought in genuine interest. We could see the difference in the number of enquiries and viewings.
He was also very straightforward with his advice, especially on pricing and strategy, so we always knew what was going on and why. Viewings were well managed and properly filtered, so we didn’t have to deal with unnecessary hassle.
