In early June, during P2HA, we (me and my wife) gave Jack a brief of what we wanted, what we needed and the purpose of this intended purchase. With the brief, Jack was quick to come up with a shortlist of projects and explained to us on the rationale behind the shortlists. After doing a little more research, together with Jack, he was fast to narrow down and made appointments for viewings when P2HA was lifted.

After the 1st week of viewing, we have mixed feelings - go with something that was really our first intention (solely investment purposes) or to buy something that is bigger / nicer. Jack was decisive and brought us back to what we wanted!

He again made appointments for us and in just the 2nd weekend that we spent viewing houses, we decided to make an offer and after negotiations (by Jack), we landed with 1 house that fits our criteria / in line with our intentions and best of all, below my initial planned amount.

Jack was an amazing agent to work with. Throughout the process he maintained a high level of friendly professionalism, and ensured we clearly understood everything that was happening during the process. He was hyper efficient; within the first 24 hours of engaging Jack, he had asked us questions to understand what kind of place we were looking for, sent us photos of multiple listings to test the waters and get a better feel for our taste, and once we had selected the listings we liked, he very quickly arranged for multiple viewings. He explained the process and constantly kept us encouraged and excited and helped to lessen our anxiety as young tenants. He did this while keeping all promises extremely realistic, which gave us full confidence he was not overpromising, and was well versed in what he was doing. Jack negotiated on our behalf and helped ensure the whole process was painless and that our TA went through smoothly. We are beyond satisfied with Jack :)
