"I have been away from Singapore for more than 30 years; my husband and I both think that we should do it at our own and get to know Singapore ourselves instead of depending on my family in Singapore.

We made a few 'blind' dates with the real estate agent in Singapore in year 2023’s 3rd Q and Jolene See; she is one in the list. We have visited many properties, and nothing has interested us.

By the end of December 2023, the rest of the real estate agent think that we are wasting time, or we are not a genuine buyer.

But Jolene kept input us information or message me even I am not in Singapore. She is very dedicated in managing me who I am a very demanding person. She responds quickly and is very knowledgeable about Singapore’s housing estate market.

She is amazing, I called her in mid-January 2024 for help in arrangement of a vehicle to tour around Singapore for my friends who they had arrived from USA. She has no question and provide me with help that I need. Her action moved me to think that she is a reliable person with knowledge in this business, patience & enthusiasm. I called her on 17th Jan 2024 without any grace period and informed her that I want to look at properties together with my friends. She made arrangement without a second word. We went 3 places and at the end of the day we made up our mind and purchase the said above unit. For us, we are destined to meet Jolene. Also, Nassim was just opened in the market and this is also a kind of destiny that we bought this condo thru Jolene.

We will not purchase this house without knowing Jolene. Oops, she also helps me to get to know Singapore since I left out more than 30 years ago.

She is a hardworking and a smart business lady; she is going to be my lifetime friend and real estate agent."

"Jolene is a spectacular agent and made our house-buying experience truly enjoyable and stress-free! As first-time buyers, we were unsure if we should buy a resale flat or wait for a BTO/SBF. She walked us through the whole process, as well as the pros and cons of each.
