From a technology MNC management role marketing products across Asia to handling personal investments in the financial and equity markets. I approached Jay for the sale of my property after seeing how he sold my 2 friends' property within a short timeframe and at record prices. Jay was able to provide a comprehensive analysis of the market for my understanding, developed and explained to me a plan to market my property.

Jay's use of a suite of digital marketing approaches to bring the property to buyers was indeed effective rather than the conventional way of waiting for buyers to call. Jay assisted us with the sale of our property. Their suite of digital marketing network and techniques really could have a wider outreach to potential buyers. Viewings were conducted effectively and efficiently with only well qualified buyers and we were surprised it had resulted in multiple offers within a short span of marketing time and eventually closing the sale at a record price for us. In the digital age, marketing effectiveness cannot be achieved without the knowledge and effective adoption of digital technologies. Listing a property to wait for buyers versus bringing the property to potential buyer pools, obviously the latter has its advantage to achieve better outcomes for us.
