"Previously when we engaged another agent to market our unit, that agent kept asking us to lower our price. After 3 months, the agent couldn’t sell our unit, we decided to do away with the exclusive and opt for open listing. Elle has to compete with 2 others agents to market our unit. However, just shortly after marketing our unit, Elle got in a offer which is close to our asking but we did not accept the offer.
