DENNIS LIM graduated from RES in 2018 and is currently a practising realtor with ERA Realty Network, Singapore.

Dennis brings over 25 years of experience in excellent customer engagement and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. This was gained from his work on the frontline, collaborating with local and corporate clients in his capacity as an Account Manager for a global MNC.

As a realtor, he is committed to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and work ethics. He listens to his clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and he strives to ensure that the journey is fun, easy and stress-free.

Upon graduation with a Bachelor of Engineering degree, he developed an interest for real estate as a form of asset progression and wealth preservation. He is a family man and frequently plans and embarks on self-drive family vacations with loads of home prepared meals in between. He enjoys the great outdoor and adventures with a dose of quiet reading or music to energise the soul.
