"He has very good ethics and has the interest of the seller. Despite having received an offer from a direct buyer which met my price expectations, he got me a much higher offer by $80,000 with a co broke agent even at the expense of him getting lesser commission compared to his direct buyer. He sold my unit within 1 month from TOP and record price at that time and beyond my asking price. He has a good working relationship with co broke agent to work out earlier exercise n completion date from initial letter of offer which is win win for both buyer n myself. He also make sure I will not suffer any penalty from the bank due to short notice to bank by working closely with my lawyer to inform bank asap for the 2 months completion date from exercise date. Even after the exercise of my unit, he still helps to show co broke buyer’s banker for valuation despite his busy schedule."

"I wanted to write to you and give you feedback on Danny who first helped us sign up for the rental property and now for the last couple of weeks has worked tirelessly to manage first 30 days defects with LL agent. Property he helped me out was 473 River Valley Rd (Valley Park) and lease is already signed. Danny Yong has been an amazing support, he is extremely good with being able to help negotiate in very tough situations with LL agent. We had problems with the aircon when we moved in and Danny arranged his own aircon service on a Sunday to help us get to resolution with the LL agent. We had quite a few more defects with doors and in kitchen which he was able to get all fixed within a week of moving. He has made our first few weeks great with his help during the transition and we really look forward to working with him during the next 2 years of the lease. I will highly recommend Danny to my friends who are looking for rentals."

"My daughter and her college mate from Zurich were to do an internship at a prestigious hotel in Singapore on Feb 26 2019.Their internship will be for 6 months. All the other agents I had randomly contacted advised that for apartments in District 10 most landlords will insist on a minimum 1 year lease .They all reported negatively on the outcome. I am glad that Danny was an exception .He was undaunted in his quest to find a solution which he very timely did.
