I finally bought my dream home at 3 Mariam Way and successfully sold my Charlton Lane cluster house — all thanks to our amazing property agent, Alvin Lim. None of this would have been possible without him. I first got to know Alvin through Facebook. From the start, he was incredibly responsive and took the time to truly understand my situation — why I wanted to sell my cluster house and what led me to look for a landed property. What really stood out was his professionalism and reliability. He was never late for an appointment or viewing. My wife and I were especially touched during a last-minute viewing we requested. Alvin showed up, looking a little tired and clearly rushing — only for us to find out later that he was in the midst of preparing for his wedding that very weekend! Yet, he didn’t turn us down or mention he was busy. He made time for us, no complaints. Throughout the process, Alvin showed a level of dedication and commitment that we rarely see these days. Even after the transactions were completed, he went the extra mile to help us with the handover of our Charlton unit — again, without hesitation.
