I strive to be a better version of myself everyday, and hold this habit closely as my work ethics. I believe in being an agent that stands out, there are two key aspects I have to improve on daily:

1. Client-Experience – creating seamless experiences for my clients, to enable them to have a positive home sale or purchase journey.

2. Value-Creation – opening options and covering blindspots that my clients may not see, ensuring every decision made is well-informed and thought out.

With these two factors in mind, I am consistently putting myself on the line, learning about the latests news and trends that impacts the industry, upgrading myself with new knowledge and skills, increasing my level of proficiency as a realtor.

I believe that sincerity and integrity is the bedrock of real service. When I work with my clients, I will put myself in their shoes. "We loved working with TJ! Through the renting, selling and purchasing of many properties (we moved many times), we met many realtors in the past 30 years.
