Introduction

Adding Value, Building Relationships – These are the words I live by, in creating value to each of my clients, building relationships as we work together on their real estate goals over the years to come.

I strive to be a better version of myself everyday, and hold this habit closely as my work ethics. I believe in being an agent that stands out, there are two key aspects I have to improve on daily:

1. Client-Experience – creating seamless experiences for my clients, to enable them to have a positive home sale or purchase journey.

2. Value-Creation – opening options and covering blindspots that my clients may not see, ensuring every decision made is well-informed and thought out.

With these two factors in mind, I am consistently putting myself on the line, learning about the latests news and trends that impacts the industry, upgrading myself with new knowledge and skills, increasing my level of proficiency as a realtor.

I believe that sincerity and integrity is the bedrock of real service. When I work with my clients, I will put myself in their shoes. This allows me to understand their needs first, so I can better assist them with their plans. I always strive to build strong relations and add value to my clients, tailoring solutions based on their needs.

During my first year, I am very elated to have obtained an exclusive appointment for a collective sale (en bloc). It was an experience that widen my perspective and it allowed me to work concurrently with multiple home owners, developers and media partners, enabling me to learn and understand how each segment thinks.
