If I could rate Mark above 100, I would.

Mark was our agent for the purchase of our new unit - he has spotted the undervalued unit near all the important facilities - mrt, amenities and what not. Best part is, we managed to close it way below evaluation (>30K). We know it isn't an easy battle but Mark made it easy breezy for us, all the way from negotiations to signing at the law firm.
Would highly recommend to give Mark a go, if you need a trusty agent.
