That first impression she left made me decide to engaged her on selling my flat. The first discussion, proved my decision was right, she came really prepared and I noticed she put a lot of effort on catering what exactly we wanted and for us to have an informed decision - made her own research because in parallel we were also searching for a flat that can accommodate our growing family.
