Introduction

Jack Lai is a Senior Marketing Director with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. Before Jack joined the Real Estate Industrial, he was with the Singapore Police Force for 10 years and is a graduated with a degree in Management & Security Studies.

By a twist of Fate, Jack joined the real estate industry. His past experience with the Police Force taught him to be a good listener to his client’s needs. With his capability and reliability, he won the trust and support from his clients and this has played an important role as a Real Estate Professional.

We first got in touch with Jack in October 2024. He was always there to answer our questions promptly eventhough at times, he was overseas. We had so many queries throughout the process, but he patiently explained everything in a clear and concise way. He is very patient and always gave us straightforward instructions, which made the whole journey a lot smoother.

Jack got us a buyer in just two viewings and also recommended it a resale house which is in a great location at a good price. He made the entire experience stress-free with his knowlege, professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

Jack is a reliable and diligent agent. He is able to survey the market well, analyse the trends and help us to market our house well. He also goes beyond his service by answering all my queries almost instantly. He listens to our needs and is able to help us adjust here and there to meet to our needs.
