The video was informative covering different locations, expected price, and the process & procedures of renting in Singapore. Sharon allowed us time & comfort in making our decision on shortlisting the condo units we viewed as well was open to schedule more viewing options if any of the units that we visited were not convincing enough. Once we finalized our choice, Sharon quickly helped us in filing the letter of intent to signing the lease agreement. While doing so, she went above & beyond to negotiate on our behalf and we signed a deal as per our expectations.
Even after signing the lease agreement, Sharon made time for us on the date of moving into the house. She also guided us with setting up utilities & internet etc. She only raised her invoice after we moved into the house. Moving countries is not an easy feat and we knew finding a home in Singapore would not be the easiest task. I had initially engaged an agent on an exclusive basis for three months to market my condominium unit. The unit remains unsold after more than ten viewings. I then put up the property with five other agents on an open market basis. Still the unit remains unsold after three months. Then, Jany and her dad came to view my unit. Sharon Jany is hands down the best property agent in the whole of Singapore. I have dealt with a few others but they pale in comparison to her professionalism, charisma and expertise.
