"We are expats relocating to Singapore and were looking for renting a home. We happened to know the Janys through YouTube video on best locations and districts to rent in Singapore. The video was informative covering different locations, expected price, and the process & procedures of renting in Singapore. While doing so, she went above & beyond to negotiate on our behalf and we signed a deal as per our expectations. Even after signing the lease agreement, Sharon made time for us on the date of moving into the house. She also guided us with setting up utilities & internet etc. She only raised her invoice after we moved into the house.
