I met James shortly before Christmas 2025, after having sold my previous unit and after having looked at many ppty for rent in the CCR. I met quite a few agents and although some were nice enough, none was able to find me what I wanted nor provided me with the level of service I required. I'm older (a bit, lol) and am more established, so was fairly demanding and high standards (some would say unreasonably high)!! James showed me Reignwood and I fell in love straightaway, though the first unit i saw needed a fair bit of work. I bombarded James with many many Qs, came to view accompanied by friends, family and tradesmen. I even bothered James during his overseas trip and the very day he flew back to SG. Not 1 single complaint!! I was thoroughly impressed by James's professionalism, patience and courtesy. Turned out the first unit at Reignwood was not exactly what I wanted. Fast forward a few months and I couldn't get Reignwood out of my mind. I contacted James again, and ever the ultimate professional that Jsmes is, he told me the previous unit had been taken up, but the one right below it was available and would I like to view it? Would i ?? Of course!!! I walked in and immediately KNEW this was HOME!! I said yes there and then, and even though I had to wait for 1 month (and stayed at a hotel) as the previous tenant wasn't ready to move out, I was more than willing to wait for my BEAUTIFUL HOME!! I'm now on my 5th day here and I could not be happier!! I still have to pinch myself everyday to make sure I wasn't dreaming!! This HOME surpasses all my expectations, MCST, concierge, cleaning staff, porter...everyone has been and is incredibly helpful. James, the ultimate professional, has seen me cry and laugh many many times and he remains always helpful, suuuper professional. ..throughout the viewing process as well as the check in process and even after I moved in. I would love to buy this unit in a few years time, with James of course!! I'd HIGHLY recommend James to anyone looking to rent or to buy. I promise you, no other agent in SG even comes close. He worked very well with us regarding our property search and after care as well. We have met with several agents and his sound advice and choice of properties has always been the best He also provide us his best services after we moved in. For example, he helped us a lot with changing the filter in the refrigerator and a problem with the drain pipe of the air conditioner and so on. Not only that, but he is also generous in providing information on hospitals and shopping that only local residents know. For those of us who had just lived abroad, they were a valuable resource.I have never met a sincere, hard-working Singaporean besides him.　Therefore, if our family or acquaintances are looking for a property, we would strongly recommend that to ask him. We would also like to ask him to do it if we move out ourselves in the future.

James is a lovely and thoughtful person, who takes the time and effort to understand the requirement and then find the optimal solution. We have just moved to Singapore with limited background of the city and he went the extra mile to not just find us an apartment but also advise us on location and conveniences in each of the areas.

We found James through personal recommendation. We were relocating from the UK to Singapore and were looking for a home/condo to rent. James has been nothing short of amazing. He spent two weeks visiting homes with us prior to our actual relocation. He is extremely client focused, quick with feedback and approachable at any time of the day/night or weekend. James had excellent local insight into the places he showed us and was able to advise on the layout of the units, build quality, any upcoming works in the neighbourhood and what a fair rent should be.
