Gary has been super professional and patient throughout the sale process. As it was my first time selling a property and also upgrading to a condo, he patiently walked us through the process and gave very useful tips and financial advice. It was after his explanation that I understood the payment milestones, use of different type of funds and financial commitments required for an upgrade. I was most impressed by how he managed to market my HDB and sold it at record price within one weekend. Gary was also very accommodating to our busy schedule and additional requests.
