When I decided to sell my flat, I was looking for a property agent and came across Angela through her flyer. I gave her a call to enquire about the selling process, and she patiently explained the initial details over the phone before arranging to meet me personally.

Even though the sale was already secured, Angela still went ahead with producing and publishing the creative video she had planned. It may not have been necessary by then, but it reflected her dedication, professionalism and willingness to always have a well-prepared backup plan.
