"I am Yogeswary Appapillai Chinniah the owner of a unit at Hume Avenue. The unit was successfully sold by Rayson Lim and Alex Lim. I am writing this review totally on my own freewill. Here are some of the reasons why I was so impressed and grateful to the above agents. Please note I am an elderly living on my own with no immediate family members.
1.Professionalism and sincerity. Throughout they focused on the strengths of ERA without belittling agents from other Realty Network. They took me through the entire process clearly, answering all my questions and were polite and respectful at all times. There was no attempt to hard sell their service.
2.Their Reliability. They were prompt and punctual throughout. Each time they arranged for viewing by potential buyers, they kept to the arranged viewing time despite whatever challenges they faced. Each time I called, they attended to my queries or doubts with tact and kindness which was very assuring to an elderly.
3.Sensitive to my concerns. I am rather uncomfortable with viewers coming in and out of my home. They launched intensive viewing, there four potential viewers on each viewing, by the second viewing they sold my unit. I was really grateful. A contrast to my earlier experience when for more than two months my unit was not sold.
4.Their helpfulness. They helped me once again to secure a rental unit, the agents’ fee is really nothing compared to the time and effort they were willing to put in. They shortlisted five units in accordance to my preference, and stayed with me until I was able to secure a rental unit. I do have pets which complicated renting a unit.
In conclusion, I am grateful that I found the right agents and I sincerely appreciate their dedication and professionalism."
