"Sing Yee helped in rental of my 1 bedroom unit. So far she manages to secure two rental tenures for the unit. Though market is soft and more viewings and effort are required to secure tenant, she continues to forge on by marketing the unit and bringing people for viewing weekly. She tries ways to negotiate and maintain good rental rates on behalf of the client. During the rental tenure, she will support the client with communication with tenant.
