"I will like to compliment one of your property agents from ERA. I am fortunate to have selected Joyce as my agent for renting out one of my common room in my condo unit. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional, and has assisted me to find a tenant with the price I wanted.   However, after 3 months I and the tenant have some disagreement and have decided to terminate the contract earlier. During the last month notice, my tenant decided to find his way to break the contract earlier such as finding excuses to void the mutual agreement, delaying the last month payment and even complaint to ERA about Joyce.   Being calm, Joyce has given me a lot of advice and ask me to stay put on one side while she will settle all the mess and ensure the tenant move out on 28th Aug 2016 instead of 19th Sep 2016 (Since I did not receive the payment even after 7 days allowance was given).   During the last day (28th Aug 2016), the tenant had refused to move out and had even called the police. Being constant calmness, Joyce fronted the police and tenant. At the end, the tenant was instructed by the police to leave my premise together with all his things within 1 hour time.   Thus, I was very surprise with Joyce as she did a lot more for me than I ever expected from an agent. I really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept me informed every step of the way. Mostly, I appreciated working with Joyce because she always showed integrity and patience, virtues that I find most commendable in a Property Agent.   Good Job, Joyce!
