Bryan has been exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We sold our HDB through him, and bought an EC through him as well. Our sell & buy journey was not that straightforward one, but it was made seamless with Bryan's great help. It didn't feel like he was an agent, but rather felt like he is our friend/relative because he was so dedicated and passionate about helping us. He gave us the best advices, very patiently and promptly answer our enquiries even at 1am. Bryan was so generous with his time to us, he always initiates and very willing to meet us countless times for our sell and buy process. He took it into his hands to make sure our entire process had no hiccups, and we can feel his dedication to make sure we achieve what we want, and to buy the unit most suitable for us.
