I have been living in Singapore since 2011, and I've met numerous Property agents so far, but Terence is by far one of the most reliable, trust worthy agents here in Singapore.

He is straight forward, no hidden agenda's, helpful, sincere, and he will do the extra mile to achieve the satisfaction of his clients.

Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance / situation, Terence has always helped me come up with a fair & reasonable solution, and always strike the perfect balance of a "everybody happy (Landlord - Tenant - Agent)" situation.

e.g. Some agents will try to make the tenant pay / compensate for everything, even for unnecessary stuff, but Terence is different. He is fair and sincere, and he will provide a very reasonable solution for you everytime. You can count on his advice because you know he's not trying to BS.
