We chose to work with Lee because he was not pushy in getting us to sell our house. He listened and understood our concerns before making valuable suggestions. His expertise in calculating the finances in the whole process made us felt at peace. Lee is also responsible and honest. It is not easy to find an agent who is equipped with good knowledge of the property market, but it is even harder to find a trustworthy and dependable agent who always put their client's interest first.

I engaged JW for two of my property transactions recently, and he was able to do a detailed analysis of the transaction (taking into account my personal situation and finances), explaining and brainstorming clearly with me the pros and cons of each option. What really impressed me was that he evaluated all the options from his client's lens, always giving me the most honest advice rather than going for quick option to close the transaction.
