For the past 2 years in engaging Hock Ngee to represent us in leasing our property, we found him very reliable and fast in looking for potential tenants. He will always try to help us to negotiate to obtain an accepatable rental price and he will do his best to reply to any requests or enquiries put forward, very promptly.
He has never try to pressure us to accept rental price below market rate, just to close the deal fast.
