"Kelvin is a very professional Property Agent, who was very patient in explaining all the timelines and processes to us. We had several questions but he never failed to answer them. The virtual video was done very nicely and he communicated well with the tenant who was staying in our place at the moment. The tenant did not wish to be disturbed too often and Kelvin managed to consolidate the viewing times and was very considerate to said tenant as well. As our timeline was rather tricky, Kelvin tried his best to contact various parties involved, including HDB, the buyer and the buyer's agent.
