Jacqlyn’s service is top-notch and goes beyond expectations. She sold my unit within a month and secured a unit for me with good prices. She is empathetic, responsive, patient and understanding. She was always there when I needed advice. She would reply me even when she was on vacation. After learning about my situation, she took the initiative to draft letter and wrote in to HDB to request them to expedite the process. She has definitely helped to make my selling and purchasing journey a lot easier and smoother.
