"With over 13 years of experience in Singapore’s real estate market, Dias Tan began his career in 2011, building his network through EC launches while handling HDB and condo resales and leasing.
He was appointed by CDL as the official leasing agent for Nouvel 18, Cliveden, and St. Regis Residences. In 2019, he transitioned to Nouvel 18’s sales team under ERA, which was fully sold by 2021, before joining the Klimt at Cairnhill team, which sold out by 2024.
In 2022, he became a panel agent for a major relocation firm, assisting MNCs like Amgen, Lonza, Airbus, Visa, and Morgan Stanley.
And in 2023, he had the opportunity to assist China-listed Ganfeng Lithium in securing their first office lease in Singapore."
