I always have a very bad image of a property agent but I must say all this have change after engage Adreyan to sell the flat..

I told Adreyan that I still want to be friends after the sale of the flat… I know Adreyan for donkey years (since P5) even we lost contact for very long but some how we are able to click pretty well…

I still remember asking Adreyan, ‘do u want to help me to sell the flat (is an administration case)’? That’s how it all begins…

I know him for so long but never deal with him something so serious… He got a flower flower mouth but I didn’t know he can be so professional when come to his work, it was really an eye opener to see the other side of him. We have known Adreyan since Jul 2005. I had recommended his service to my cousin, sis in law and colleague.
We have no worries in terms of renting and selling transactions.

Normally I do not use agent and try to do it myself. I finally decided to use agent because I was sent overseas and could not sell and buy property anymore. I bought a property and wanted to sell it. One day while l met a girl agent always around the estate and I approached her and she introduced herself to me and I was interest to use her. She finally rented my apartment and sold the unit for me. And I introduced her to my wife and became friend. And to my surprised she happened to be the wife of Adreyan. Adreyan then later helped us to rent out our new apartment and help out in maintaining the unit for 4 to 5 years. We were very happy with him and he finally helped to sell the unit for use. We were very happy with him. He is very hard working, knows his jobs well, able to negotiate with customers and very honest person. We really like him and his wife, Edeline.
