After graduated in my Architecture Study, I had been involved in major development designs includes major residential estate developments, residential buildings i.e.,condominiums, apartments , landed housing estates, individual landed housing designs, and other various types of developments i,e., commercial, industrial developments, public buildings, hospitals and also  institutions in both  Singapore and South East Asia as an Architect and/or developer's design and development team for more than 25 years. 

In 2004, I had diverted my interests in to Real Estate Sales with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd (Singapore).
