He takes extra effort to search the most desired and suitable property for the clients. He does not rush or push the property on to the clients but waits patiently until the client is absolutely satisfied no matter how many times it may take for him to show the properties. He treats clients` expectations as if he is looking for the property for his own or his his family member`s stay. He gives insightful guidance on matters that clients may not be aware of. In addition he goes the extra mile to arrange the cleaning of the house, movers, repairs or even renovation required before moving in. He is soft spoken, friendly and most of all extremely trustworthy agent that I have ever come across in last 15 years. After knowing him at the time of my first transaction 10 years ago, I have stuck with him and purchased 2 properties and rented in or out 5 times.
