We didn't know Anthony beforehand and only met him when we arranged for a viewing for a unit at Eco Sanctuary. Unfortunately the unit didn't meet all our criteria and he joined us in our search after actually understanding what our concerns were. Unlike the other agents we were liaising with previously for some other properties at CCK, Anthony was extremely prompt with replies, super proactive in arranging for viewings and surprisingly honest and straightforward. We eventually decided on a unit (which he helped arranged viewings for at the oddest timings to suit our schedule) and the entire transaction was a breeze. He was even there post-sale, to answer my weirdest questions about the process and the unit. Even after we moved in he was there for us. Already referred him to my brother-in-law. I like Anthony, efficiency is key. Also helps that he lives in the very district we were looking at, he has the relevant first hand experience here. Thanks man!

My husband, Andrew and I are first time home buyers and it was certainly a daunting task for us. We didn't know where to begin or what questions to ask. Previous agents we have encountered were more interested in getting our deals than actually looking out for our interests.
