Jeremy was acting as the Seller's agent, when I first viewed the property in June 2022, Even though the negotiations with the Seller was difficult (he raised the asking price twice, even though I met his original asking price), Jeremy was extremely patient and super professional in dealing with both parties and trying to make the deal work. In the end, the deal did not go through because some regulatory clearances took too long while interest rates continued climbing but even then, he was again patient and professional in helping me to unwind the deal.
