Singapore ERA Branch Director, winner of highest award for estate agents - IEA platinum award (Institute of Estate Agents). In 2009, Florence Zheng Zhen started the real estate career with passion, gave up her previous career which awarded her Singapore national silver service award. Within the first year in real life estate, she made about 80 transactions, and win the ERA top rookie (transaction). After years of hard work, Florence is constantly closing more than one hundred deals annually and become one of the familiar face in the ERA Top 50 list (among 6000). Besides her own sales, Florence’s teammates make very good achievements and rewarded her with countless top manager awards. As a mother of 3 young children, Florence understands well how important it is to get a suitable Home for a Family. Thus she is focusing on finding the suitable homes and solve all kinds of problems for her clients, other than making splendid sales talks. Moreover, to better understand investor’s needs, she started to invest on properties and till today, her collection of properties almost cover all Singapore property types including HDB, condominium, landed properties, as well as commercial and industrial properties.
