"We would like to compliment the ERA agent handling the sale and purchase of our home in Punggol Drive and Choa Chu Kang Avenue 2 respectively. She has been professional in her dealings with us and the co-broke agents since the start and ensuring as much as possible that the transactions went smoothly. From the start, she tries to group all viewings in batches so that it will cause minimal interruptions to our schedules. Prior to viewings, she will inform the agents and prospects that our baby is sleeping, so that they will minimize the noise level. There were a couple of hiccups at the seller's side in that they were not agreeable to our offer and timeline initially, but she eventually solved it with tact and persistence. Besides, she always made it a point to settle the paperwork at our house in the night when our baby is sleeping so that we can explain to us and make us understand the procedures better.
