"While we are in the midst of selling our house, Melvin ask us to view as many unit possible as he is believed right buyer will come. We are so happy when we got the offer on our existing house. We are immediate to contact the unit we are viewing 1 month ago, we are felt upset when the seller agent feedback someone is make offer for the unit. Melvin help us to contact the seller agent for gather more detailed. Due to selling unit is under estate sale pending to open the bank account,the deposit(LOI) is not make.
