Introduction

Lydia has 20 years of real estate experience. She joined ERA in 2002. Lydia holds a Honours Degree in Economics from the University of London and is CEHA accredited. She also holds WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
She has extensive experience in residential leasing, HDB resale and private residential.
Lydia’s passion in real estate goes beyond achieving her personal sales targets. She is a strong advocate for people development. She provides one-to-one coaching for her team and is determined to see her associates attain the ERA Top 300 Achiever award. Under her dynamic leadership, she has associates working with her for more than 10 years. Her commitment in people development led her to set up the Everest Division in 2015.
