"My unit floor plan is quite unique which is not ideal for most buyers. Fortunately I have found Patrick who is very experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate market. He gave me an hour presentation on the current market outlook and expectations. He also value added to the selling by advising me to dress up the house even though it is not occupied for awhile and he also brought some of his own stuffs to further enhance the look. I didn't expect within a week, Patrick manage to gather a few potential buyers for viewing and he also provides a regular updates on the progress and some new viewing schedule. My initial expectation is in 6 month time, Patrick might be able to find a buyer. To my surprise, Patrick did manage to sell the property in 2 mths. As I said before, this is not an easy sell as the pool of buyers are limited due to the design of the house.
