"Good Afternoon. I would like to write to you on the above subject. I am glad that ERA have a great talented and resourceful agent. Back in Jan 2017 I had engaged Faisal to sell my house at Clementi West where there was a slight complication to sell this unit. I got divorce from my ex-wife where I do not have any communication with her on the selling of the house. I had provided my ex-wife contact details to Faisal. Based on the court order, Faisal acted according to the court order and explained to my ex-wife on the sale process of the house. He was able to manage to get buyer during a short time and managed to get a good price for the unit.

Also after the sale of my unit at Clementi. I need to purchase a new unit with my current spouse at Telok Blangah. Before re-engage Faisal again, I tried few other property agents to get me a unit at Telok Blangah where all the agents did not met my expectations.
