Jason is a very experienced agent dealing with rentals. He helped drafted a very good rental agreement, taking care of even the finest details like odour clauses for pets and any property damage from pets. He also drafted the agreement so that there were tax deductibles, something that I have never encountered with any other agents. He
took over management of the property, even making several trips to help make the oven work. He also reminded me to claim vouchers from washing machine purchases from the rental and helped manage the delivery of the furniture. He also actively followed up with the tenants on defects to close off the fort month of defects period and it was great service that Jason renders and he takes a lot of pride in his work!
