Donny is the Agent who brokered my purchase of this property off plan way before it was constructed and TOP. He was right then about the property even though I did not realise it myself. Due to circumstances, I was not able to live in the property as I was posted overseas. He oversaw the lease of the property and then brokered the sale of the property when I had to let it go in a very difficult economic climate. Thank you Donny! I listed my condo in 2 days and was sold above my expected price . My case was a divorce case and Donny is very knowledgeable and human when transacting for me. He protect seller interest not Just his own interest. I listed my property at 1.98m and he sold for me at above my expected price and most importantly manage my timeline well for my family to move over.
