We engaged Donny’s services after an unsuccessful attempt to sell our unit with our first agent. Donny was professional and gave great advice on the sale of the unit. Albeit the first 2 months being slow and required nudging on our side to Donny to move the sale or think of alternative marketing efforts, he successfully sold the unit at a price that we were comfortable with. It would have been more ideal if we sold the unit with an extension. However, given challenging environment, we understand that this is inevitable. Also, we would like to thank Donny for helping with simple advice on the purchase of our unit.
