I engaged Lynn to sell my property after finding her on PropertyGuru. She was one of the few agents who responded promptly, and from the very first interaction, she gave me confidence that she was genuinely keen and committed to helping me sell my unit.
When we met, Lynn demonstrated strong knowledge and expertise in selling properties within my condominium. I gave her three months of exclusivity, and she confidently shared that, given her experience in this area, she should be able to sell within that timeframe and even aim for a record-high PSF.
True to her word, my unit was successfully sold in the second month. Through her effective marketing strategy and strong negotiation skills, we achieved a record-high PSF for the condo. Throughout the process, Lynn also took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various offers received, including those with extended option periods, which helped me make informed decisions.
At the same time, I was looking for a new property to purchase. Just one week after completing the sale, I managed to secure a landed property at an ideal location and within the right quantum.
