Tian Seng’s professional background was in Marine Engineering. After 40 years in various shipping and shipyard establishments, he retired in year 2007 and joined the real estate industry.
He has been with ERA Realty Networks ever since.

As an Engineer and layman in real estate world then,he witnessed the challenges many faced when buying or selling their homes or commercial properties and managing their portfolios,thus he understands the difficulties one may encounter when structuring their property portfolios.

Today, as a real estate professional, his passion is to help his clients realise their goals using effective and up to date strategies with his skill set and commitments. He values integrity and efficiency and has always placed his clients’ interest as the top priority of in his work.
