Franics is a trainer in addition to his salesperson role with ERA. He many years of experience has made him a valuable professional. I know Francis from propertyguru and was having some issues with my flat purchase. However, it was mid way through the transaction, Francis has some good pointers without charging me. He is a very ethical agent and his motivation is beyond the monetary terms that I see in most agents. He has a good heart to want to help people. I would say reach out to Francis if you need an agent to buy and sell your property. But do note that he is also quite a popular agent and that makes him quite busy. However, he will always text me back when he is unable to return calls and follow up later. His information are accurate due to his experience and that makes him a very reliable salesperson. Glad to have met Francis.
