20/4 , i message him whether to submit or not ? Then he replied.

I am not good with these documentations stuffs...not good in IT.... Even the simplest things , i need assurance because i afraid to fill in the wrong things...

28/4 , he joked don't drop the cheque into the dustbin.... I may not be good in these documentations stuffs but i am a careful person... Almost every night without fail , i check around my house especially the kitchen before I go to bed.

I am happy to have worked with Noel Lu. He was diligent in selling my property and earnestly negotiated for a good price on my behalf.
