Roy and his team is very knowledgeable in property buy/sell and can answer queries from A-Z. Unless very detail info that needs effort to retrieve, he reverts in short time, in my case within the day itself. He also provides advices with fair judgement and does not push for decision making which makes us comfortable during our consideration.
Roy is very understanding and patient with us as we are 1st-time-seller and was unsure most of the time but he makes it sure for us. Highly recommended~

We sold our HDB through Roy and his team and we are shopping for a new home. Initially we saw a unit which we wanted to buy but that it’s our first showroom viewing. Roy and his team discussed with us on our budget and needs and proposed a few projects. We went to the showroom and we like the project a lot because it’s within our budget and fits all our criteria. Roy and his team listen and care for their customers and I am sure anyone who looks for them will definitely get their ideal dream home. I will recommend Roy to my friends and relatives.
