Jia Hui was recommended to me by a friend. My partner and I were really anxious and nervous before we met her as we literally had zero knowledge about property and the processes. We needed an agent experienced enough to guide us through the process as it's our first time purchasing a house (also approaching an agent ourselves).

We were super thankful for Jia Hui's guidance, she's willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we understand fully about the procedures and processes. As a first timer, we've never felt lost throughout the whole process, in fact we've learnt so much about property through her.
